Festival of World Cultures 2005
This is the fifth year that artists from over 50 countries will be taking part in this year's exciting event: 70% of which is free to the public. 40 venues will host over 160 events in a global celebration for all ages. As in previous years Dun Laoghaire will be transformed as artists and audiences alike - a staggering 160,000 in 2004 - descend on the town for 3 days of cultural celebration.

A public display of the proposed development of Dun Laoghaire Baths will take place for the general public in the County Hall, Dun Laoghaire and County Council Dundrum Office from Tuesday, 24th May to Friday, 10th June. Details of the exhibition will be advertised on the Council's website (www.dlrcoco.ie), Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Times and Public Libraries.A private preview of the display will take place in the County Hall on Monday 23rd May from 5pm to 7pm for Sandycove/Glasthule Residents. Members of the design team will be available at this preview to explain the scheme in detail and answer queries.

Heritage Centre - Walks Guided Walks continue in Dalkey on Mondays at 11.45; Wednesdays at 13.45 and Fridays at 11.45.
